Algonquin Golf Course

Blockhouse
War of 1812 National Historic Site – Experience the life of soldiers in New Brunswick’s only surviving blockhouse.

Charlotte County Archives, Court House & Old Gaol
The Charlotte County Courthouse, built in 1840, was declared a National Historic Site in 1983. Built in the Greek Revival style, this is considered to be one of the finest examples of 19th century architecture in Canada. It is located right next to the Old Gaol, the site of the Archives. Tours of the historic Charlotte County Courthouse are conducted during the summer months.

Fundy Discovery Aquarium

Minister’s Island
National & Provincial Historic Site Ministers Island represents the last significant vestige of Sir William Van Horne, the driving force behind the building of the Canadian Pacific Railway which unified Canada coast to coast.

St. Andrews Community Playground
The first of its kind in Canada, designed by renowned architect Robert S. Leathers. After spending a week in St. Andrews and talking with the children, Leathers completed his design and the playground was built by volunteers in a five day mammoth barn-raising style event. The structure offers creative play for all ages! Located on the Vincent Massey Elementary Schoolyard it is open year-round and accessible when not in use by its students.

Sunbury Shores Arts and Nature Centre
Established in 1964, Sunbury shores, “In accordance with our mandate to “explore the connections between art and Nature”, has played a key role in educating the community about the importance of the arts and our diverse natural environment. Their facility offers excellent studio space, a print shop run by a world class Master Printmaker, a pottery studio, exhibition gallery and library, and they have an incredible staff of artists and naturalists who provide instruction year round.

Wild Salmon Nature Centre
The Wild Salmon Nature Centre celebrates the Wild Atlantic Salmon, and is located just a few minutes from St. Andrews, New Brunswick. Atlantic salmon are magical creatures that can leap waterfalls 3.5m/11ft high, can return to native streams from ocean feeding grounds vast distances away, and have caught the imagination of humans for thousands of years.
